Tell us about yourself... I'm an RPG addict, have been for years. Also have a media addiction (TV, Movies, music). I never know what to say with open ended questions about myself. lol Oh, I also like to fill out surveys like this when I'm bored.

How long have you been roleplaying for,
and how did you start? I think it's been round about 6 or 7 years. I was online bored one night I believe, browsing the then Yahoo 'clubs' (which no longer exist) and was searching for clubs for some of my favorite shows like Buffy and Angel. And came across these RPGs for the shows, they looked cool and joined a couple. Played there a while before the ones I was in died out and went looking for other games. Wound up moving away from Yahoo onto other places I could find games. Hopped around game to game, place to place whenever one would die out I'd go looking for another. I went about maybe 4 months, summer basically, last year not playing any RPGs after the last one I'd been in died out. In September I started searching out new games, came back on over to Yahoo to check out what they had in groups now. And found Richmond, a big active game. :)

How many RPG's are you playing in at the
moment? Just Richmond and this one that's basically a private game for myself and a couple friends.
What do you love about roleplaying? Creating and playing different characters, writing,
playing off what other characters do. I've always thought of it like part writing and part acting. It's fun building characters to the point they are almost like real people to you. You think about them when you're just out running errands, and talk about the to your friends. lol
What do you hate about roleplaying? The addiction man lol For a time a few years ago I was seriously playing like a dozen different RPs at once with anywhere from 2 to like 12 characters in each game. lol Hmmm, maybe this should be a reason I like RPGs. lol
Roleplaying pet peeves... Mostly things that are in the rules as not to dos, like actioning other people's characters, one liners, that 'mind reading' thing, huge plots just tossed out without informing anyone else involved(especially if said tosser vanishes later leaving others to figure out where they might have been going with their story), when there's nothing to reply to(less of a peeve and more it just makes me sad lol)
